Wecome, PaNeTToNe!

Yes! The youngest addition to Les Baguettes has a natural disposition to this medium. So I officially welcome PaNeTToNe!
PaNeTToNe is a sweet yeast cake that is a traditional part of Christmas in Italy, but it is served with coffee and for breakfast throughout the year in many regions. Panettone keeps well in an airtight container and can be reheated whole (and I really like it spread with butter and jam! or Kleenex and Nintendo!). My mom has a MAD recipe for this cake. She's been baking pannettones for many of her 83 years.
Our own PaNeTToNe, has a French-Canadian origin as well, which makes her more than suitable to be a Baguette.
